Phone Charging Cooling stand

With all of the newer Quick Charging Techniques used by Phone Manufacturers, the Power Delivered to the Phone is enormus. Even if it is nice to have a Full Battery within 20 Minutes this generates a lot of Stress and Heat from the Charging Circuit and Battery. The Battery Itself doesn´t like Temperatures above a given Temperature (40°C most of the Time)so its capped, if the Cap-Value is reached the Current flowing through is Limited. This made me Think a little and i experimented with Cooling the Phone while Charging. The Effect was much more than expected, the Phone was Full 25-30minutes earlier, than without cooling. Some Friends liked the Idea so i also printed them the cooling Stand and they tested it. The Impact wasnt the same on every Phone so your milage may vary. In average the Battery stayed 4-9°C cooler and the Phones were full 8-16Minutes early. The saved Time isnt worth that much, but the Lower Temp of the Battery is. If the Battery stays cooler it generates much less chemical stress and it will stay in good condition for longer. Every degree counts. So at the End: Seeing better Results on every Phone, i decided to make this simple Stand available for everyone. You need: - obviously a 3D Printer - about 2 to 4 Hours of time (depending on the Printer) - a Noctua nf-a6x25 5V (to use with a MultiPortCharger) or - a Noctua nf-a6x25 (if you have 12V available ) The Stand is Designed to fit the Brown Noctua Anti-Vibration Mounts coming with the Fans.
