Phone mount/clamp for Manfrotto/Bogen 200PL adaptor plate

Having already designed a 3D-printable quick release plate to suit the Manfrotto/Bogen 200PL dimensions, it occurred to me that rather than attaching that to a phone mount, it would be far more sensible to just have those things constructed together in the first place. The result is this - a simple screw-tightened phone clamp that attaches to the aforementioned tripod head system!  The clamp is fairly generic, and could presumably be used for other things, but smartphones are its main concern. Now, you don't need me to tell you that overtightening this will probably crack your phone screen.  There's a lot of mechanical advantage to be had in this setup, and a phone can only take so much force.  So, be sensible.  If grip is an issue, attach some rubber to the inside surface, rather than using more force!
