Phone Stand with clamp for IKEA desk

Designed with the Note 10+ in mind so will accomodate pretty much any phone. Also designed for the thick IKEA desks, but the bolt will travel all the way through so it will clamp to any desk really :) There is a cut out and wire tunnel in the clamp part that is designed to house a charger for the galaxy watch, there is also an option without the cut out should it not be required :) Created modular for future ideas, Bolts together with 2 x M4 x 25 cap head allen key bolts, these have been sunken into the body to ensure they dont foul the desk once fitted. All fits together snug to ensure good structural rigidity. Printed in PLA at 20% but I am sure less will work fine. 0.2-0.3mm layer height works well. Long term I intend to put a wireless charger to the rear so files will update accordingly as it develops. I have included a clamp with and a clamp without the cut out section for the galaxy watch for anyone who doesnt require it. Build process - 1. Print all parts 2. M4 x 25 to fix stand to clamp 3. Start thread for bolt underneath (this is designed to be tight so there is no movement once clapmed in place. 4. Clamp to desk (there is little distance between the faces of the printed part and the desk - Again to ensure structural integrity) 5. If using with galaxy watch charger, install wire through void and install to charger, then push charger into fitting, this is designed to be a snug fit so will require some strategic angles to get it in. All fits perfectly and gives you back the space on your desk for more projects :) All files have been oriented to be print ready. ** Only 3 files require printing 1 x bolt - 1 x stand - 1 x clamp (2 options for this) **
