Phone tripod mount (Nexus 4 with flip cover case)

I wanted a phone tripod mount for my Nexus 4. There are many cool designs out there, but this is my design to accommodate the flip cover case on my phone. Phone can also still be plugged into power for long time lapse shooting. Sketchup file included. Instructions I have also been experimenting with printing designs with separate parts and gluing them together with an ABS/acetone goo mixture. It makes super strong joints, and I like being able to print parts without support and in an orientation on the print bed that gives a part the best strength. After printing parts, squeeze fit a 1/4-20 nut (standard camera tripod mount thread) into the "nut block" part. It will be a very tight fit. Make sure you get it pressed all the way down into the block. I used a second nut on top of the first to help push it all the way in. For gluing it together, I mix some scrap ABS in a small glass jam jar with some acetone and once it's a nice gooey mixture apply on the joints with a pop-sickle stick. Clamp in place and let dry about 10 hours. Once dry, any bumps at the joint from squished out glue can be sanded smooth. All parts printed at once took less then 2 hours. Layer height was .2mm, and I think I used 50% hex infill. Once glued up and sanded I hit it with a quick coat of gray primer paint and called it done. Phone slides in easily and one rubber band holds the phone nice and steady.
