This should work with phones ≤83mm wide. Print: .28 layer height and 15 walls. No top/bottom layers, infill or supports. What you need: flat head 2" machine screw ¼ -20 , 3 nuts, and glue. Match the bottom nut thread to your tripod post. Assembly: press 2 nuts into the base thread the screw into the top nut snap the jaw onto the head of the screw glue a nut on the end of the screw leaving 5mm of exposed threads glue the handle onto the nut
