photon s vent fume extraction

Before implementing this extractor my whole house stunk when printing, and now ... nothing at all ! Designed to use 18mm conduit / cable tidy pipe (think that's what its for) the fan I've used is an oddball 24v cooling fan that I had knocking about, but the fan funnels added here are for a standard 12v 120mm computer cooling fan (easy to run a low amp 12v wall charger to), 5mm holes 105mm centers apart As the smell tends to be more of a build up over time, most extraction systems out there are a bit overkill in my view for a wee photon s and I imagine pretty noisy, this setup works a treat, my pipe just runs to a few holes in my upvc window frame via the screw on vent piece and has the rain cover glued on outside Been using for months now and is a nice quiet reliable fume extractor happy wife happy life
