This is my version on an Arcade cabinet. I liked the overall design of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:980918 but it was too big to print for my printer and the parts I was planning to use were different too. so I decided to Remix it into the design I present today. I took the opportunity to remove the ugly screws on the side panels en the control surface of the original and made the whole thing a bit less like it was a design for panels using a CNC router and more like a 3D printer project. Unlike tghe original, all parts can be printed using a 20x20 cm print bed. I´m provide the files "as is" and without full instructions however I´m convinced that with the help of the pictures it isn´t too difficult to recreate. The mechanical parts: Screws: M4 screws for the back, control panel and joystick mount, M3 for the rest LCD panel: Makbies 7" (B) https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B017SQ3J2Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Raspberry PI 3 Joystick XSOURCE https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B01LAUYCXE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Audio amp.: https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B017XCMJ92/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Micro USB to pin adapter: http://www.ebay.es/itm/331743536245 Micro USB connectors http://www.ebay.es/itm/221818941334 USB Hub: http://www.ebay.es/itm/291741261016 Step up converter (to power the 12V fans from 5V usb power) http://www.ebay.es/itm/222305914365 Low profile HDMI cable (20cm) https://es.aliexpress.com/item/20cm-FPV-Dual-Up-Angled-90-Degree-HDMI-Type-A-Male-to-Male-HDTV-FPC-Flat/32709749259.html 40mm fan for the raspberry 50mm fan as case fan (on the back panel) I used speakers from a broken laptop, you´ll have to find something usable yourself. My person version features a WS2812 ledstrip controlled by an arduino mini pro but this is completely optional. The PLA in the photos was bought from http://3dfilamentos.es (very good customer service) Side, bottom, front and back panels: http://3dfilamentos.es/es/crystal-clear-iceland-blue-filament Screen frame: http://3dfilamentos.es/es/filamentos-pla-luminous-yellow-transparente Control surface and Top: http://3dfilamentos.es/es/filamento-pla-plata-premium I also used a but of transparent PETG for the led defuser between the leds and the logo on the top. The joystick is mounted from the bottom as I could not find any really short M4 bolts I used a longer bold with a nut. (see photo) a simular trick was used for fixing the screen frame and screen to the rest of the machine. Print Settings Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 25%
