Available with better organized files and instructions at https://www.printables.com/model/450097-pi-pico-mechanical-keyboard-tada68-layout I really liked 3DPrintSOS's SiCK-68 keyboard so I designed my own with some improvements. Features: More compact Cleaner exterior (less seams) Prints in less prints on a standard Ender-3 bed Uses inexpensive Pi Pico with KMK Firmware BOM: 10x M2 Nut 8x M2*12 Socket Head Screw 2x M2*4 Socket Head Screw 100x 1N4148 Diode 68x Cherry MX style key switches Cherry MX Style Stabilizes (3x 2U, 3x 6.25U) Raspberry Pi Pico Thin wires ~300g of filament Superglue Printing: All parts are oriented for best results. The "Keys" folder has all of the keys split into sets with custom seam positions. No supports are required except for the keyplates which need build plate supports. 0.2mm layer height. Post Printing: The nut-cavities on the bottom of the case have 1 layer thick built in supports for the holes, poke through them before use. Use Superglue to join the pieces (Or use a soldering iron at low temp to weld them) Electronics: The Pi Pico uses KMK Firmware (code.py included below). Insert the stabilizers before wiring the keyboard. Refer to SiCK-68 Raspberry Pi Pico Remix" by wulfboy for wiring. Notes: View the original SiCK-68 cost breakdown (Mostly applicable to this keyboard): https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/9c/58/5b/49/69/SiCK-68_Cost_Breakdown.pdf?ofn=U2lDSy02OF9Db3N0X0JyZWFrZG93bi5wZGY=. Layout was made with http://builder.swillkb.com/. Pi Pico model used as reference: https://grabcad.com/library/raspberry-pi-pico-r3-1#! I used Inland Black PLA for all of the parts. Fusion and STEP files are included if you wish to modify this.
