Pi Zero 1.3 - super slim shell case

thingiverse

A very slim case/shell i designed for the Raspberry Pi Zero V1.3. At 2.4mm thickness i don't think it's reasonable to go even thinner, because some of the components on the board are about 1.9mm high. The HDMI port sticks out slightly, while the usb ports sit flush with the top of the case. It's not compatible with the Pi Zero W, as i don't have one of those. There are four different versions, with and without GPIO cutouts and with and without cpu cooling vents. Print Settings Printer: Anet a8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2/0.15/0.1/0.05 Notes: i printed the ones in the photos with .2mm layer heights and a first layer of .3mm the thinnest part of the case is only 3 layers thin, so keep an eye on that. How I Designed This Scanned the pi on a scanner, imported that into Fusion 360.
