Pi Zero case - AstroPhiMk2

AstroPhi Mk2 case printed in PLA allows you to encase the Pi Zero, Sense Hat and 6 buttons that mimic the real Astro Pi case. Note it's not official in any way. I used Sli3cer with a 30% honeycomb infill. There's no need to include support. On the faceplate there's a clearance slot that avoids collision with the top mounted header on the Sense-Hat. Use a large flat bladed screwdriver and give it a twist and it should pop out fairly cleanly. Strain relief _1 just has a longer retaining wall which just prevents the HDMI adapter being pulled out when the HDMI plug is removed. PHI2BODY_1.stl : stand off holes smaller they were a bit slack. They now need cleaning out with say dia 1.5 drill but provide a better fixing. Also small hole adjacent to Pi 0 board LEDs. It's nice to see what's going on. Optional Battery box that attaches to the bayonet connector. Print 2 off. Battery dims: 92 x 23 x 23mmhttp://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/power-banks/7757504/ I've written some more here including software to test your buttons:http://www.s608324909.websitehome.co.uk/raspberrypi_sensehat/microphicasemk2.htm
