This is just a remix as I stuck a fan and heatsink straight onto my Pi4. However the Heat sink and fan were a little too tall for the case. Also the fan is powered by GPIO pins, which the original case crippled. I simply stretched it an bit, removed a few bits and thinned the lid in a few pages. Needs a bit of tidying up but fits ok.
