I designed a working model of a electric piano with weighted keys, Idea was to have a working midi piano. unfortunatly printing it and buying the sensors would be too expensive for me . I share the files to anyone who might be interested in something similar it was designed in Fusion 360 one of the images has a red square in it. that part you might have to adapt, a screw is supposed to fit there to add the weight to the key. For optimal working , parts should be lubricated and sanded(tolerances are tight) snap fit is used all around ,just push the axis together and it should fit
