The model of a foot pedal to make your own sustain pad or guitar patch changer with the addition of a few wires. Fit a metal shaft the size of a toothpick through the hinge and melt surrounding plastic to secure it in place. Drive two screws through the centers of the raised areas of the pads and take the electric leads from there. Fit a pen spring between the holes in the edge of the pads.
