Here my take on the communicator badge worn by Starfleet personnel in Star Trek Picard. There are two versions uploaded here. One is a single piece which you can print and paint or switch filaments in order to get the two colors. The other version has separate pieces which can be printed separately in different colors and then glued together. If you print the separate version, make sure you print the Picard-insignia.stl file upside down (the orientation it is in) because there are grooves in the underside of the insignia to line up the right and left pieces for gluing. There are holes for 6x1.5mm magnets if you want to wear it as an actual badge on clothing. Make sure you orient the magnets so that the badge and back attract each other and not repel each other.
