Here is a 3d printed 3d Printed Picatinny Flashlight Mount. I printed this at 3 shells and 50% infill on a Makerbot 2X. It is tight with a Coleman 90 Lumen flashlight(Surefire clone). The picatinny cut out has a scale factor to account for the ABS shrinkage.
