Why? ==== First of all, I had some difficulties aiming with my mask on, so I needed a riser. But I also had difficulties sighting the Holo Sight in, even when I maxed it out I could not adjust the impact low enough, so I made a riser with a 1° angle, as well as 0.5° degree angle. Features ======= * Works on standard 21mm Picatinny and similar. * Uses metric bolts and nuts. Instructions ========= * Print in your preferred strong material, I used PLA at a slightly higher temp. * Print in upright position (the flat unmarked side down) * Mount with 2x M4x30mm bolts and 2x M4 bolts Versions ====== * 21mm rail - 0.5 degree - 17mm x 150mm * 17mm height (measured the increased height of mounting position) * 0.5 degree angle (reversable) * 150mm length * 21mm rail - 1 degree - 17mm x 150mm * 17mm height (measured the increased height of mounting position) * 1 degree angle (reversable) * 150mm length * 21mm rail - 1 degree - 20mm x 150mm * 17mm height (measured the increased height of mounting position) * 1 degree angle (reversable) * 150mm length Could upload more 21mm variants upon request. Post Printing ========== As long as your printer is dialed in, no cleanup is necessary. UPDATE ======= Added another that rise the height by 20mm with a 1 degree angle Small tweaks to the other ones. All STLs are now in the recommended orientation for printing.
