Just like the original creator said, this is a Picatinny riser with a Hight of 20mm. It has one rail at a 45 degree slant on either side of the forward end. only one of these can be used at once. And this is where I come in: I changed the way of the mount a bit, so you can use a nut for the screw for additional stability.
