For one the crack running down it was raised when it should have been a crack. There was also a lot of bad geometry. I don't claim to have fixed all the problems with the original but I did manage to get a good print with MakerWare and this model. (RepG for some reason still had problems and reversed the relief parts.) Instructions Print at 100% infill, as little shells as possible (1 or 0 depending on the slicer). Paint with black ABS, let dry, and sand back down to create the detail.
