Picobrew Hops Carrier Remix - Fluid Dynamics Correction

Working on making ABS replacements for the PicoPak hops carrier and noted that the fluid dynamics on the original weren't a 100% match to the OEM, so here's a remix that matches the OG packs' drain heights; added a second drain hole to the bottom to enhance drainage as previous design could be blocked by sitting directly on the step filter base. Adding alt design that includes bumps on the bottom of the adjunct chambers to keep hops above any accidental spillover/wort that enters the drain holes.
