Here are the screw holes positioned, 2 on each side, centered and slightly offset from the corners to account for the hinge's location.\r\n\r\nThe print quality looks great, especially considering it was printed with a 7% infill for the first test.\r\n\r\nI'll keep working on this design to add legs or other features that will allow me to hold the base open.\r\n\r\nThis is still a work in progress (WIP) and has been scaled up by a factor of 10 using Sketchup.
