This is a modification of xunker's PicoPSU case. My model has the power in a different location, and was a hair wider. Hopefully this will fit your PicoPSU if it is similar to the one shown in the photos. Use long M2.5 screws (10mm?) to secure the two pieces together. OpenSCAD code included, this is all credit to xunker, I just tweaked it.
