I had an old Amazon Fire tablet (2011) lying around. I converted the tablet into a picture frame. I designed everything in Fusion 360 (I'm a beginner). So I could make the device look like a real picture frame, I used HATCHBOX wood filament that I lightly sanded and stained (2 coats) to make it look like real wood. The tablet is always plugged in so I added a small cutout on one of the side pieces to make room for the USB cable. I used a flat USB connector that I had lying around. If you have to get one MAKE SURE the cable faces the right direction like this: https://amzn.to/2ZX1xLc or this: https://amzn.to/33oUtZM On the tablet I installed and app called Fotoo that does everything a digital picture frame does. Get it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bo.fotoo&hl=en Hope you enjoy :)
