This is a custom pen holder I made for my desk. The design holds much of my junk including holes which fit bulky items like my calculator, solder sucker, and reamer. I wanted to put a picture frame on the front to frame a convex mirror. I use this mirror to ensure I'm not surprised when people walk behind me with headphones blazing. The design fits a mirror I originally used, but I eventually replaced it with a larger one, making this a little weird. The picture frame is remixed from @cncmodels4you 's "rohmen4" which is linked as a source.
