Mold to help mass-producing pierogi http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierogi Instructions Print both parts, assemble with two M3 screws and (nylock) nuts. Recepie: 6 dl flour 1 large egg 1 tsp salt 1½ dl water 2 tbsp oil Any kind of stuffing Mix everything (not the stuffing obviously), knead for at least 10 minutes until silky and smooth. Cover in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. Flatten to 3 mm thick and make round pieces slightly larger than the mold. Put the dough on the mold, fill with a bit of stuffing, moisten the edges and close the mold firmly. Put in boiling water (lightly salted) and let it boil until it surfaces plus a minute or two. Serve with fried onion and sour cream or smetana. Enjoy!
