Be Warned: I'm neither a motorcycle mechanic nor an electrician, so modify your bike's electronics at your own risk!

This is an alternative to the stock fuse cover for the Triumph Bonneville provides the extra height and wire-out hole needed to add a piggyback fuse that can provide switched power to an accessory relay without the need to splice any wires.

The output wire hole is positioned for placing the piggyback fuse in the turn-signal slot (#7). The turn signals illuminate when the bike is on, and their blinking is switched at ground, so this fuse slot will be live when the bike is switched on. I chose this slot because because it ensures that the piggyback fuse fits entirely within the fuse box, and because turn signals are not essential to the bike's running if there's a failure (you can always fall-back on hand signals).

This print consists of two parts:

a base riser which clips onto the existing fuse block and has a hole for the output wire, &

a cover which clips onto the riser

Assembly is pretty simple:

clip the bottom riser onto the stock fuse cover

install your piggyback fuse in slot #7 ensuring that the piggyback wire exits through the hemicircle in the bottom riser

clip the top fuse cover to the riser ensuring that the wire passes through the corresponding hemicircle.

I printed mine in black ABS, and have been riding with it it for a year or so with no issues.
