Since my printer would need a new extruder and several modifications to work effectively with flexible filament I decided to instead make negative molds of the pieces and cast them in 2 stage silicone. I followed these instructions: https://pinshape.com/blog/how-to-generate-a-3d-printed-mold-for-an-object/ , and using these OpenSCAD scripts: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31581 I made a standalone 2 part mold for each button type.
