<p>It can be difficult to punch out a pill from a blister pack, especially if you have arthritis.</p><p>This tool makes it very easy to punch out several pills, for example when you need to fill a pill container with next week's dosis.</p><p>Print:</p><p>If you slice the STL files individually, it is recommended that the layer height is set to 0.2 mm and that the perimeter count is &nbsp;set to 5.</p><p>Minimum bed size for the largest parts is 150 mm x 130 mm</p><p>Assembly:</p><ol><li>Remove the built-in supports from the pill guide and the trigger handle.</li><li>Push the puncher pin into the puncher arm (tight fit).</li><li>Insert one end of the spring into the puncher trigger arm.</li><li>Place the puncher trigger arm inside one of the case parts.</li><li>Attach the other end of the spring into the slot in the case and make sure that the trigger can move between the two endstops.</li><li>Guide pins: Cut some filament wire to 4 mm lengths.</li><li>Insert the guide pins into the guide holes in the other case part (all pins are not required, but you should at least put pins in the front and top of the case).&nbsp;</li><li>Squeeze the two case parts together and make sure that there are no gaps (shorten the guide pins if necessary).</li><li>The 2 case parts are held together by sliding the palm rest and the pill guide onto the case (tight fit).&nbsp;</li><li>Slide the trigger handle onto the puncher trigger arm (tight fit).</li><li>Finally slide the puncher plate onto the case (the holes in the puncher plate can be aligned to the puncher pin as required).</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
