This was made with 45 BR aluminium profile 400mm long for the base, 475mm for the vertical length. The Drill vice is adjustable left, right by the use of 6mm studding. This size is used because it is 1mm per turn. The two 6mm nuts in the vice base for adjustment and stability. I have used two nuts in both the Rotary base and Milling base for the same reason. It could also be adjusted forward/back by using a set up similar to the indexing adjustment. The Vertical length is fixed using 45mm wide timber brackets, also the drill motor. These are fixed using 10mm bolts (20mm long). There are three different handles included, the one with the holes is for long bolts or shaft if wanted. The rack has two types, one for T slide nuts and the other using standard 4mm bolts with washers. The T-nut/wing bolt is used as a temporary drill stop. Some of the drawings look slightly different because things are added/changed all the time. Text files with a detailed parts/assembly list will be uploaded tomorrow.
