**Background** The inspiration for this came from a friend having difficulty finding suitable G2 mini replacements, and other adapters costing $10 or more (plus weeks-long lead time), which we found absurd. So here is a free file that does the same thing! **What It Is** An adapter designed to fit in the same physical space as a Pilot G2 Mini ink cartridge, but with a hollow core that allows a D1 mini cartridge to slot in and hold securely. This part is fine-tuned to allow insertion and removal by hand with no extra tools needed, but also will not allow the cartridge to fall out during use. Uploaded two base files (one hexagonal outer shell, one circular) with two variants of each, one with text (cause I hate plain parts), but also one without text for those who may not like the poor text quality. There is a hole on the backside of the print (opposite the opening) that allows for air inside the adapter to escape, making insertion/removal a breeze.
