Pilot G2 refill to Lamy 2000 / Safari adapter. This is a first attempt at an adapter for this pen. Remove the end stopper on the Pilot G2 refill and discard, and attach this adapter as shown in picture. I have included all the sizes I tested with, in the end the 6.10mm (measurement from end of refill barrel to end of adapter) was the best fit for my Lamy 2000. This size put the least pressure on the end cap as it was screwed on. Let me know in the comments what size worked for you!
