Pilot Kakuno Pocket Clip

Pilot Kakuno Pocket Clip

thingiverse

A simple clip for the Pilot Kakuno fountain pen. As a cheap fountain pen, I found it ideal for use daily in my job as a teacher. However keeping it in a shirt pocket led to it clattering about, and falling out several times a day. I created this simple clip design to rectify that issue. I would suggest using a mild glue to complete attachment of the clip to your pen, but this is optional. There are 4 designs in the pack - Standard, Grippy, EZ-Print and a prototype "megagrippy". They are as follows: Standard - The slimmest and fastest to print, but provides a fairly loose grip. Good if you don't move around too much with your pen in your pocket, or for use in trouser pockets. Grippy - A tighter fitting clip, good for shirt pockets. EZ-Print - The same as "Grippy", but has a simpler clip design. Useful if you have issues with bed adhesion or warping in small thin parts. Megagrippy - A redesigned version that should grasp the pen more tightly for maximum hold. This version is untested.
