This is a model to upgrade the Pimax'HMD stock headstrap. You can use the harderner only if you dont want to use headphones. Speakers size is 40mm standard. 70, 60 and 45/50mm foam headphones are indicted. Also a 45/50 tilted which is THE BEST to me (Recommended).
