Pimoroni Microscope Lens & Adafruit LED Ring Light

Pimoroni Microscope Lens & Adafruit LED Ring Light

thingiverse

This is an adaptor to put an Adafruit P5137 LED ring (70mm diameter) on to a Pimoroni microscope kit or lens. Simply print and press the LED ring into the gap slowly and carefully. It is designed to be a snug fit so that the light does not fall when you are using the microscope. You may have to adjust/calibrate your print settings to get it to feel right. I have left a divot on either side of the gap so that you can get the LED ring out again with a gentle bit of force. The outer divot lets you run the necessary wire through.
