Pimp out your Dirt Devil Robot Vac!

Exit puny dust container that needs to be emptied twice a battery charge. Enter HUGE dust bin that is now emptied once every five charges! This extension adds 100mm of height to a standard Dirt Devil robot vac's dust bin. Model - "Free Time" DDRHFS. The best part is - this technically does not void any warranties because all the original parts can be returned to normal state! See Instructions, and Enjoy! UPDATE: Added youtube video of the vac in action!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5bQCFv3mqk UPDATE 2: Added another experimental 'can'. This one is for the more adventurous people that want to disable the stock centrifugal suction fan and put a bigger one on the back of the 'can'. Print both the "high suction" pieces and then glue the ring in - this is for the center of the filter. OD at the back is 49.5mm for adapter creation. I'll be adding a fan just big enough to suck up a cat's tail :P Instructions This is designed to fit within the UP! Printer's build platform. For this mod, you'll need to order in from Bunnings (special order department) a replacement Dust Bin Assembly... i.e. you need the original, plus one extra to cut up. Cut one of the dust bins so that you have the outer and inner rings. I hope the pics work as a guide for you. Print the outer can, the center, and 3x clips. Optional prints - funnel or flap-holder - these are the experimental things to maximize the amount of the can that's filled, and also to minimize the amount of dust that blocks the filter before the can is filled. Glue the outer ring onto the printed can (on the side with the inner lip) - ensure to have an even 9mm all the way around between the top the can and the top of the ring - this will be the space for the filter to sit. Press fit the can and the center onto the original dust bin part. Put the center ring onto the top of the center, put on the filter and where the ring gets pushed down to - is where to glue it in place (once you've taken away the filter of course). Assemble the filter, top lid, clips and a rubber band. you should now have a finished MEGA dust bin! Now... there's a little trip switch near the front that stops the unit if there's no cover lid on top - bend a paper clip as shown and push in place. This now acts as an emergency stop in case the vac runs into anything that hits the can - the can pushes back and the paperclips sproings out - no longer holding the button!
