This has a smaller base with screw holes to secure it to a board or something, also has slots for a belt strap to tie it to something. Sized for a 14.5in around neck, 1/4in quick release pins, and a 4x2.5in base. Fusion file included change parameters to adjust almost anything about the file, base size, restraint hole size, pin size, strap size, screw hole size.... etc you get it lol.
