thingiverse
Pinch roller lever for vinyl cutter plotter (Rabbit). These break very easily. This is a very close, but not exact copy of the original. This is from a China manufactured machine branded "Rabbit" and is possibly used on several plotters and printers. Instructions Printed in PLA with supports. Some cleaning up required. It's very simple to fit and it is not necessary to remove the carriage or rail from the machine, but for clarity: Release tension from pinch pressure spring if it can't be used with broken lever Remove small screw in top of carriage near spring White plastic dowel pin will push through carriage. It's a tight fit. Tools are needed. Inside hole in new lever may need sanding to allow free rotation around dowel pin. Ensure small indent on outer circumference is clean. Note that this lever hole is about 1mm wider than the width of the lever. Re-assembly is the reverse. Note that screw hole in pin must align with hole in carriage.
