This is a ceiling lamp composed of 53 distinct components that are organized as a plug-in system. The assembled lamp measures approximately 37cm in total height and has a maximum diameter of around 60cm. The overall weight, achieved through the use of gold PLA and the settings listed below, is slightly under 1kg. Looking from above, each segment level angles upward at the following increments: 10°, 20°, 40°, 55°, and 70°. All plugs have a tolerance of 0.2mm to ensure a precise fit. This tolerance is ideal for my printer, but it's essential to be cautious when handling parts with 55° and 70° overhangs as they can become fragile. The inner structure components are all 2mm thick, while the outer segments measure 1mm in thickness. Variations Its overall shape bears a resemblance to that of a pinecone. Adding an extra decorative element enhances the emitted light and creates intriguing shadow patterns. To accommodate individual preferences and printer capabilities, I've included three different versions of each segment: - Full solid - Overhangpart solid (as seen in the photos) - Full decor Print Instructions In total, you'll need to print 53 parts for the lamp. Each inner ring (InnerRing*.stl) requires a single print, while all other files should be printed eight times. Since I'm a bit lazy, you'll need to rotate the parts to ensure they lay flat on your printbed.
