I have helped kids build pinewood derby cars to my kids and many Scouts of Pack 629 in San Diego. I used a drilling guide tool for a long time to get the back wheels of the PWD car to have the perfect 2.5 degrees canted wheels. But kids had a hard time pushing the drill holder into the spinning drill and one time it caused the drill bit to break. So I thought making this angled drilling wedge would make it easy to drill the perfect 2.5 hole on the PWD. There is a 2.5 bend wedge and a 0 degree bend wedge if you want a straight hole. You will need a drill press for this to work.
