This isn't going to be particularly fast and probably won't win any beauty awards. I created it to exercise some of the Fusion 360 techniques that I've learned lately. It was fun to design, and I thought maybe someone might get some use out of it. Note: I have an Adventurer 3, which has a max build size of 150mm cubed. I designed this car body to just fit on a 150mm x 150mm build surface if it's rotated about the Z axis 45 degrees. Fully assembled, it just fits within the 7" x 2.75" legal limit. There are two options for the "canopy" or "cockpit": One (Canopy.stl) is intended to be printed with a single filament and requires some supports (unless you print it upside-down). The other is in two parts (Canopy Top.stl and Canopy Glass.stl) and requires no supports. The only other part that requires supports is the car body. It's really hard to design a car body with rounded wheel wells without supports. "Wood Block.stl" can be printed as a model to illustrate how the actual pinewood derby block should be cut (assuming that you want to build a car that complies with the rules--you have to use the parts from the kit).
