Pinning Tray for Lock Disassembly

Built in Solidworks - the source file is included if you want to modity the tray or put your name or logo on the top. Used for disassembling locks of all types with special features for Euro Profile cores. This one has a slot for your tweezers a the top, separate chambers for key pins, master wafers, driver pins and springs - all filleted for easy pick up. The core slot on the top right has a slot for the key, so you can set the keyed core down and it won't tip over and spill the pins. Finally, there is a parts tray small parts, screws, tail pieces, etc. You can easily resize this to fit smaller print beds. On my Replicator 2X it takes about 5 hours to print.
