UPDATE v1.2 [Nov 2018] - Added parts and instructions for the Raspberry Pi 3 A+ UPDATE v1.1 [Nov 2018]: - Included an alternate top design to completely remove support structures - Included Asus Tinker Board as an official option ---- This is a replica of the original Sony PlayStation that was miniaturized to scale as much as possible in order to fit a Raspberry Pi. There are lots of Raspberry Pi cases out there that are clearly influenced by the original PlayStation, but they all were designed around the size of the Raspberry Pi, so they’re meant to be as small as possible while fitting the Raspberry Pi’s form factor. I tried to replicate the PlayStation model SCPH-1001 as much as possible, all the way down to the vent design, housing screw locations, and support feet on the bottom. So this is about as accurate to the original PlayStation as I could make it, given the size limitation and the possible resolution of a .4mm 3D printer nozzle. I designed it to have as few parts as possible while still being easy to print and assemble with the least amount of supporting structures. Supports can be a pain to clean up after printing, and the way I designed this means that a clean internal setup is required. I've also included a manual in PDF format to show the basic assembly process and explain the purpose for the various optional parts that can be used.
