NOTE: You must print the model at 10% original scale - This is my workaround for fine detail parts made in Sketchup Free. A quickly modeled battery cover for the non-drive side of Pioneer power meters. This specific model was from the Shimano 6800 cranksets, but I believe it will fit any that use the Pioneer part number SGY-LC910 battery cover. Replaces the easily worn out coin slot or flat head slot with a 6 mm hex opening - Fits the tool tight, depending on material you could strip it tightening the battery cover in the short version. Two versions: "Bigger" version needs ~3 mm extra clearance, has more material around the hex fitting for better strength and a large external hex to help removal and installation. Requires supports when printing - "Touching Buildplate Only" not full supports. -Small part & prints fast to test fit before you need one. -Check for dimensional calibration and flow settings since the mounting ears are small. -This does not have a lip for a seal - Water resistance is reduced, even though it's a tight fit! -Use 4+ walls and a smaller nozzle if possible with 75% or more infill if using PLA.
