The plaques show the nude figures of a human male and female along with several symbols that are designed to provide information about the origin of the spacecraft.</em> (Wikipedia)</p> <p>It would be faster to send them Gcodes.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Printed on MK3S<br/> Filament tested : PLA</p> <p>Nozzle 0.4mm : 0.2mm tested<br/> <strong>0.25mm nozzle would be better</strong> but 0.4mm is nice</p> <ul> <li>Add a <strong>10mm brim</strong> if you want to avoid unsticking angles.</li> <li>Use <strong>External perimeters first</strong> to improve the precision of the engravings.</li> <li><em>Slow temperature printing</em> (190-200°C) can improve the precision of the engravings.</li> <li>Use <em>Monotonic</em> for top.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Import the 2 files in the slicer and adjust the superposition.</li> <li>First print <em>Pioneer 1rst Layer</em> (Gold)</li> <li>Then print <em>Pioneer Plaque</em><br/> 1: up to 0.60mm (Black or Red)<br/> 2: above 0.80mm (Gold)</li> </ul> <p><em>PrusaSlicer 2.3.0</em></p>
