Unfortunately my Ford Focus did not have any IPod interface. The standard radio did not support any IPod interface so I had to get a new radio and make my own interface. With a new radio (Pioneer) I was able to get a radio with a IPod interface. The mechanical interface to the car needed to be custom made. You can find the mechanical interface between the Ford Focus and the Pioneer radio here.
