Pipe/cylinder outside chamfer tool

<p>After sawing some aluminium rods and pipes to length I always end up with a bad cut and rough edges. The inside edges of pipes are easily cleaned up with a deburring tool but the outside edge is more tricky (if you don't have a belt or disk sander to rotate the piece against.
