Pipe Expansion Bolt for Pipe
thingiverse
I needed to attach a handle to the end of a pipe. I used the idea of a compression bolt used for bolting things to concrete. This one is designed with a 17mm outer diameter, ideal for a 20mm OD pipe. All you need to do is screw a normal 50mm wood screw through the first piece and into the second. As it tightens, the 'arms' expand and secure the whole thing in the pipe. The main part is designed with a lug to allow the attachment of the handle I have. This could be removed if you don't care about alignment, or replaced with anything else if you have a different handle or need to attach something else
