Pipe Stand (simple)
thingiverse
I created https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2480912 a while back, one of the first things I designed myself. It's actually surprisingly popular, perhaps because there aren't many options here on Thingiverse for pipe stands. I decided to revisit and try again after a year or so of 3D printing. My previous stand was made just after I discovered Tinkercad, and the design shows it - a bunch of shapes stuck together. For this new simpler version, I decided to replicate a more traditional style in plastic. This is based on those teardrop leather band pipe holders that are riveted on one side - you know the ones. It's scaled big, so for less chunky briar, you might want to scale down a bit. It prints super easy as long as you have bed adhesion; if it lifts up, you might need a brim. I printed mine double walled with 5% infill in Hatchbox PLA on my Monoprice mini v1.
