Modified this model to be a Piper Cherokee 140. This model has the dorsal fin and shorter hershey bar wing. I do use supports for the landing gear. Original model by TurboRenegade----------------- The Piper PA-28 series is a family of single engine, low wing, four seat aircraft. PA-28's were first introduced in the 1960's, with the Piper Cherokee. It had a square wing with fixed tricycle undercarriage, and was available with engines ranging from 140 to 180 horsepower. In the 1970's, Piper brought out a new-and-improved version of the Cherokee, known as the Warrior. The main difference between them was the wing, which was tapered half way along on the Warrior. Both the Cherokee and Warrior are popular with flying clubs and schools around the world for their simplicity and versatility. In the late 1960's, Piper released a version of the Cherokee with retractable undercarriage and more power, named the Arrow, which later incorporated the same changes as the Warrior. The "PA" in PA-28 stands for Piper Aircraft. This model is designed to have the windows, wheels and propeller printed separately and in a different colour from the fuselage.
