You only need to print the main body, comb, hatch, and 6 feet, and prepare 4 3*2mm magnents and glue as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4256563. By using this tool, I usually spend 1-1.5min for one box of tips. Notion: ** M-Main body.stl has a gap of 4.60mm.** ** M-Main body-4.76.stl has a gap of 4.76mm.** You can pick one for the size of your own pipette. For my pipette tips, the 4.76mm one performs smoother. Changes for Elster's model: 1) **Allow for longer pipette tips boxes** (to 12.2cm). The comb also becomes longer to suit the main body. 2) **Include a funnel which might make pipette tips easier to get in the box** (https://a360.co/3VUXjAI). You can place the funnel on the box and take it away after finishing putting the tips in the box. 3) **Add a ridge on the rails** inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5497382. It is useful to prevent the rails from waggling, which might be a problem with some kinds of filament. 4) **Remove the Elster's structure of the supports at the end of the main part and the comb.** I deleted that structure because I don't need more adhesion during printing. You can add brims or other ways if your printing suffers from warping. I also filleted the sharp edge near the end of the trails, so it might be easier for tips to get out of the sorter even when your 3D printer does not have a perfect performance when printing the ends. 5) **Lower the height of the sorter and remove the handles** to save the filament. 6) **Add a top plate accessory to make pipettes easier to get in the box**. P.S. spare_foot_front_2.stl and spare_foot_front_1.stl have no differences from the Elster version. You can print the main part for one-time printing, and 2*spare_foot_front_1, 2*spare_foot_front_2, and others altogether for another printing.
