I have to say the design by BIDesigns is a very brilliant one. But I think mixing the tray and box can help save the filaments since I don't think the handles are necessary for me. I also changed the door into a blocking plate as inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4752098, so that the magnets are not needed. Someone might feel that the trails are too short for shaking the pipette tips. However, I tried one with 3cm longer with PLA, the trails became too elastic. So it might be better to maintain the origin strength unless you use stronger material for this model.
